Steve concentrates on estate planning, probate and estate administration, Medicaid planning, and real estate matters.
He is admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, and the United States District Court of New Jersey. A lifelong Staten Islander, Steve attended St. Joseph by-the-Sea High School before going on to receive a B.A. in political science from Villanova University. He spent two years as a clerk before pursuing his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law. He is a member of the Richmond County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the Bar of the City of New York, and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Steve spent two years with a general practice law firm handling all facets of litigation in general civil matters, commercial disputes, real estate transactions, other real property issues including foreclosures and administrative agency hearings, as well as New York and New Jersey estates. Subsequent to that, he worked for two years at a firm practicing exclusively in elder law, estates, guardianships, Medicaid planning, and real property law.
A fan of all things related to his alma mater, he also served for two years as the Co-Chair of the Communications Committee of the Villanova University Alumni Association’s Manhattan/NYC Chapter. Outside of his legal career, Steve is also an avid photographer.
